Country Club Lawn Care and Landscaping

This is the worst company that I have had to deal with on a professional level. The owner was belligerent and rude! The reason I say this is because he told me not to talk down to him, I wasn’t going to speak to him in a disappointed way…yet, he had the audacity to speak to me the same way. This all came about as I had a garage sale and they decided (without contacting me) that they weren’t going to mow my lawn because of that. I called in to simply ask why they weren’t mowing my lawn and when I could expect them to do so. The manager was semi-professional with me but never did answer my question as to when my lawn would get mowed. Great experience with County Club Landscaping. Gabe's design was exactly what we needed and very reasonably priced. The crew was prompt, courteous, diligent, and did a great job with cleanup too. Because of our experience we asked them to return to spruce up the front yard too!

Country Club Landscaping did some things great, but they disappointed me by not following through with my requests. Below you will see a screen shot of the proposal Country Club gave me. The next section refers to the estimate I've posted in the photos. The landscaping was done fine, as well as the patio, which I love. Both 5 star work. The rest of this review will focus on the grading. “Grading the front and back yard” They did bring in black dirt, but it was not put over the whole yard, in fact it was only placed where the yard was low on the side - not in the front yard at all. The stump removers did most of this work of leveling the back. “Broadcast seed and rake in” They came and put seed down, but did not put it on the whole yard, it was just overseeded on top of the weeds that we

Unfortunately I have to change my previous review. While we remain happy with our paver patio, we can no longer recommend this business under any circumstance. In Sept 2020 we reached out to CC because we were noticing brown rings develop in our backyard. We asked for an assessment and they sent a bid for $517 for a 5 step fertilizer and weeding plan along with aeration and overseeding. We paid in full and treatments began. This Spring the problem became worse and we asked them to take another look. They blamed us for poor maintenance and told us it could take years to the correct the problem or we could lay new sod. We have used Gabe and Country Club Lawn Care and Landscaping to do some landscaping at our newly built home. They were very knowledgeable and worked with us to phase in different projects as we were ready for them. I appreciate their flexibility and working within our budget. When the team came out to put rock in the back they were very cautious with the lawn, so not to beat it up with heavy equipment and multiple trips, so that is appreciated I would definitely recommend.
