Initially I had an appointment from a different septic company. Which was a month wait and on the scheduled day the company never showed up. I called Country septic and spoke to Chris who was very helpful and gave me the break down of all the work and what they charge. Scheduled a time for them to come and clean my septic. I had a pleasure meeting with Anthony Pearce who was really good and explained everything as he was cleaning the septic. Amazing team and their communication is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their septic cleaned.

Called Country septic service in North Haven yesterday for service call. Showed up today as scheduled. It was very refreshing how well your treated as a consumer. Everything was as promised, couldn't have gone smoother. From Cathy in the office to Anthony on the road. Would highly recommend!!

Anthony did a great job from start to finish. He also installed a riser for easy access to my home septic tank. He was very efficient and hard working and after digging the required hole to perform the work, he put everything back as he found it and left my yard and grass in perfect condition as if no work at all had been done! I will continue to use Country Septic Services going forward and I highly recommend this company.
