County Pest Control

We had an issue with bees. They made a nest inside my living room ceiling. The nest was close to breaking through. Their saliva caused a wet spot in my ceiling, so it was imperative that I get someone right away. I called multiple outfits, and they either couldn’t handle the job or they couldn’t come out the same day. I called County Pest Control and they sent out a technician within a few hours. They canceled a previous job in order to meet my urgent need. Steve Bonser, the technician, was absolutely amazing!! He was on time, very thorough, explained everything to a T, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate about the situation and kept his time here super light and funny! He also cleaned up very well (there was a huge mess) and he put up a temporary block on my ceiling until I can get so

So far it has been very smooth. From my initial call to making an appointment, followed up with personal web portal. Technician arrived timely and was very informative. Answered a lot of my questions and concerns, provided feedback and photos. Currently waiting for the estimate of service work.

This company was timely and effective. We had Sam come out and she was very thorough in her efforts to identify where mice were entering our property. Thankfully, the bait boxes outside were effective in deterring the mice away from the house! We have a good idea of where our issue may be and I feel confident we won’t have any more issues this winter. Sam entered crawl spaces and walkable attics!! Some of these other companies will not so go with county pest! Highly recommend.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful. The exterminator Carson that comes to the house is a good guy, empathetic to the situation. My bug problems come from nextdoor. Carson told me that I can get the sticky trap off wall with Pam spray and it worked...lol. I wacked a nasty bug with it. Highly recommend CPC Thank you BonnyT

Absolutely amazing experience! I had a different company come out and try to sell me a $5,000 termite plan. Chris came out and check everything and said there were no signs of termites, it's water damage. Chris then proceeded to explain to me in full detail why it wasn't termites. He answered all of my questions and completely reassured me. Thank you so much for not trying to take advantage of someone.
