I had a great experience with East Penn Roofing. I called and talked with Kat, who is wonderful and answered all my question. She scheduled an estimator to come to my home and was there within a day or two day. His name was AJ. He has a great personality and great to talk to. The crew came to my home and worked straight through to make sure it was finished. They were all hard working. Did an amazing job cleaning up my property. They were very respectful. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. As a matter of fact, I gave my niece their number and she had already spoken with AJ and said he was very nice to talk to.

We had an ice dam on our roof which was leaking water into out bathroom window, I called East Penn Roofing and spoke to Josh. He set up an appointment for the next morning. His crew came out and we're so professional and courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend East Penn for all your roofing needs.

I went out on competitive bid to three companies for a minor roof repair and longer term shingle replacement for my '91 colonial single. East Penn Roofing were fantastic! Kat in the office was very kind and also reassuring about my repair. Their technical rep Jacob promptly visited my house to perform an evaluation and prepare a quote. He was clean and professional and personable. He bootied his feet since it was snowy outside and carefully inspected inside the roof and outside. He went in to his smart company truck and prepared a detailed written quote. He then reviewed all technical details of the work and materials and then provided a written quote and timeline. AJ took his time to look at the roof, explain the process, show me my options and gave me a price that was very comparable with other contractors. Kat was friendly and pleasant to talk with. Financing was easy and the crew who came to the house were professional , worked hard, and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend checking them out for your next roof!

Excellent work and an excellent experience all around. From the estimate with Jacob in the beginning , to the communication between Kat in the office and myself throughout the project, to Josh the owners expertise, involvement and presence on the job site, and their whole teams hardwork and attention to detail. The job was completed in the time frame they gave me, they always addressed any questions I had along the way, and went above an beyond maintaining a top notch quality of work while dealing with weather and working around other projects going on at the same time. I will recommend them to everyone in the future!!
