Keith's Lock & Door Service

Keith's Lock and Door service came out to install a smart, wifi-enabled deadbolt on our front door. I reached out using their "contact us" form and received a quick reply. Scheduling was easy - great communication. The technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile, testing and making adjustments to ensure that the lock worked perfectly. He made me a couple of extra keys, and spent some time making sure I understood how the lock worked, what kind of batteries to use, and what to do if I ever lose the secret codes - all the reasons we didn't want to DIY this one. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. We will definitely use Keith's in the future!

John was excellent! He came to our house to service a lock that would not open. It took him 90 minutes, but he would not give up on it until he had it open and repaired. Then on the way out he also adjusted our front door lock without being asked. Its hard to find reliable and prompt service these days and Keith's Lock and Door is outstanding!

We had an issue with not being able to lock our door, deadbolt and knob. I had gotten used to having to lean in and push to lock it, but now that was not working. We called Keith's Lock & Door Service in the morning and John was there later in the day. It turned out it was more of a incorrect door hanging issue than a lock issue. John secured the door better at the top and showed us the short screw the builder originally used that was causing the issue. He fixed the plate on the door jam that had come loose as well. The locks worked easier than they ever had. This is a very honest company. They could have easily told us we needed all new locks and we would have accepted it. John also explained why an electronic lock would not be a good idea for us when I inquired about it. I hig
