I paid Dave Williams in full for a job. He completed most of the job but never came back to finish replacing my front porch steps. I have been trying to get my $400 refund for the work he did not complete at my home in west scranton for a year. Now I have to file a claim for the money with Lackawanna county small claims court and pay them a filing fee just to sue him for my $400. It's ridiculous because the work he did do was great. I suppose he got busy and forgot about me promised about seven or eight different dates to bring my money and never did. Bottom line never pay in full for a job. I'm still texting him and leaving messages to avoid going to court but he won't respond any longer.

Tried to reach many times but didn't get any respond or they didn't call us back.
