Same situation as another reviewer. 2 of the 3 days they spent packing my home, it was the one guy on his own, very nice, actually listened to our concerns. The final day they had a crew of about 6 people and they rush packed the rest of the house. We finally received our shipment at our next duty station and so many boxes were either unlabeled, completely trashed (no rhyme or reason of what was put in them, genuinely just things thrown together like a bomb went off), and completely smashed. All of our bookshelves were damaged with items still inside of them, and over 30 1st edition books had damages rendering them unusable. Not surprised they have a 1 star rating. The military should drop these people as a HHG servicer asap!

Wish I could give them zero stars! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BELONGINGS! If they are assigned your move, immediately seek an alternative. Trust me no inconvenience is worse than dealing with this company!! The movers were mostly kind but very unorganized and do not care at all about your belongings, and several of them did not follow directions well. The first day4 guys showed up for 2.5 hours and hung out while casually packing out garage. The second day 1 guy came who was very kind and a very hard worker. He packed almost our entire home independently. 3rd day same 1 guy showed up at first but then more came later. Zero stars actually. They no showed the first day. The second day (they promised to show up with a full crew and "focus on our move") they showed with 3 guys and then left one guy and took the truck. They worked until 1140pm (my husband slept on a couch because beds and blankets were already packed, while I took two over tired kids to temporary lodging). Third day, they had two guys working, no truck to be found to load into. They said thy would be done by three, and then told my husband 9pm. When we had our walkthrough with them they said 8-5pm. This was by far the absolute worst military move we've ever encountered. I shutter to think what we'll find on the other end of all this. UPDATE: we had 15,000k worth of damage. This was the worst move I have experienced in my 20+ years of traveling around the world. The pack out was unsatisfactory as I am continuing to discover that items that I specifically had for each room have been scattered about. These guys need to be held accountable and I would not recommend them to move anyone down the street let alone state to state.

It’s the worst transportation company ever. So Helpless. I would never recommend using this company. For a partial relief of household-goods, they expect you to know all your item numbers because it’s too hard for them to pull out your items and give you back what you requesting, even tho, the boxes are marked.
