After doing business with a local company for many years, I had to find a new company for a new Carrier heat pump for my house. Michael, the owner, came to my house and inspected the heat pump I had as well as a mildew/mold problem. Michael was very easy to talk to. He explained what would need to be done to address the mildew/mold problem when the new heat pump was installed. He quoted me a good price and a week later his team came to address the mildew/mold problem and to install the new heat pump. When the team finished, they waited for Michael to come and do an inspection of the work they had done. I am VERY pleased with my new heat pump and the great work done. And what really impressed me the most was to see how the owner of this company had taken the time to come to my house

From my initial outreach to install, it was a one week, pain free process. Pricing was fair and competitive. No other vendor compared to the quality of customer service.

The explanation of my options that I received initially was very clear. The men who came to do the installation were very competent and respectful. They did, however, place the platform for the outside unit slightly overlapping a sprinkler. I didn’t mention it because I figured I could shove it over. But I wasn’t able to do it. So, I’ll give them a call soon as weather improves. I’m sure they’ll assist. Good people.

Covenant has come to my rescue twice now, both being emergency situations. They’re quick to respond, show up right away, and fix the problem the first time. Their customer service is outstanding — friendly, professional, and reliable. I really appreciate having a company I can trust when something goes wrong!

You guys are great. Helped me out a few years back. Installed a new unit for me when we were going through a loss of a loved one. I worked in the field for the Trane factory for 28 years. I know knowledgeable, honest A/C people when I meet them. I will be calling you in the spring.
