As a first time home buyer, Paul was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that you don't leave with any questions! I accompanied him on the inspection - along the way, he explained what he was looking at and even made some recommendations for little fixer upper projects to do once we move in. He used his time well to inspect the home, put everything back in order and even released the inspection 2 days later. He even takes credit cards for his inspection fee on site, which was very convenient. I would call him again!

I loved working with Paul! I am a first-time home buyer, and I had a LOT of questions. Paul took time to make sure I understood what he was talking about (which probably took a lot longer than for some other people) and was meticulous in his inspection. He was also a lot of fun! Easy to talk to, affable, and made the whole thing a great experience. I would 100% recommend him for any inspection needs.

As young first time home buyers, going through the whole process of buying a home can be a bit scary or anxiety inducing. Home inspection being something that can be quite intimidating but Paul made the anxiousness go away. He was thorough, kind, and so so helpful. For the price, you get well over what you would think for an inspection from him, he made the whole process super manageable and he left us feeling confident and happy with our home even with the repairs that were to be made. He’s easy to contact and honest with his work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who’s buying a home and wants an inspection done.

We hired Paul to inspect a house we were looking to buy. He was kind, well mannered, and alive all very knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns that we had about any particular aspect, he would answer in full and honest detail. We thank him for saving us from our selves. The house we looked at was great in our opinion. But after spending an hour or 2 on a full rundown of the house, many concerns came to light that we hadn't thought to look for. Saved us from a money pit.
