Taylor with Crown Luxe Cleaning LLC has done a phenomenal job with our space! Not only is our office spotless, she has also been an excellent communicator. We have a ton of teenage students utilizing our space every day of the week, and by the time Monday rolls around, you wouldn't be able to tell that 150+ people have occupied each room the week before. She fully resets the cleanliness of our space, and we couldn't be more grateful for her service!

We have been working with Beni and his team from Unik Cleaning Service for two years now and have been pleased with the service that they provide. We have even had him do some extra, outside the regular scope of work, services for us and they were great to work with. As an extra step to assure that we are pleased with the service we receive, we receive monthly follow-up from our Francise Advisor from Coverall. Between our Advisor, Jack, and Coordinator, Crystal Penn, from the Harrisburg Support Center, we know that we are in good hands as they strive for excellence in their customer service.

We changed to Coverall Cleaning several months ago and have been extremely satisfied with the service. Christian and his crew at Zamika Corporation do a wonderful job keeping our facility clean. They alert me when we are low on consumable inventory and respond to special requests as needed. Crystal @ Coverall checks in on a regular basis to make sure everything is going well. She continues to ask if we have any issues and to notify her if we do (which we have not had to do). I would recommend Coverall Cleaning for anyone looking to outsource their office cleaning needs.

We switched to Coverall approximately 1.5 years ago. We have been very pleased with their service ever since. Tyler, of the Rag Tag Team, has been wonderful to work with. They constantly follow up to see how their service is and if anything needs improving. Crystal Penn from the regional support office is always available to answer any questions that may arise.
