I recently had the opportunity to work with CoverSafe on an automatic pool cover installation, and overall, I was very pleased with their work. Carlos, one of the managers, was excellent throughout the process. Although he wasn’t hired directly by me (he was brought in by the pool company), he treated the project with great professionalism. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and consistently responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Even after the job was completed, when we had an issue with the electrical connection, Carlos came out right away and resolved it without delay. I also worked with Jordan, who handled the installation. He was polite and did a solid job. Zak did a wonderful job. Cover looks great after the wash and UV application. He was very patient with all my questions and identified an original installation error that was damaging another part. Very proactive!

I was out at my parent’s house today and they were having maintenance done on their pool cover. The technician who came out was great! He was friendly and funny. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I apologize for not remembering his name. But my parents and I wanted to tell you what a great job he did!
