The company was very quick to call me back after I had left a message and was to my house within 48hrs. It is hard to get such a quick turnaround time with most companies. Stephen was early to our appointment and when I arrived was already looking at my outside vent. I appreciated how proactive he was to begin reviewing the scope of the job. He was very courteous and friendly as well as did an excellent job of explaining everything he was doing. He had a background in the fire industry so he also took the time to provide some tips to avoid having a house fire. In addition once he was done, he cleaned up everything better than new. A fantastic experience for a new customer who will be a repeate customer.
