$350 Weekend call out fee to have them tell me I need a space heater after fixing a busted pipe two days prior and no heat restored. We have been loyal customers for years....I hear you Cowles, I hear you John and Lei. If you want to refuse service......just tell me don't charge me.

Don't waste your time calling them! They don't have time for you! I called looking to get a new water system installed and told me to call back in 3 weeks. I waited to get on the list, they came out for a 10 minute inspection and said they will email the quote. I waited days and never got back to me. I called them multiple times and could never get my quote from them. Two weeks later they told me they couldn't do it. So they strung me out for weeks with no communication and then said can't do it... I recommend Alaska Best! Great communication and service.

Having lived in Fairbanks/North Pole area off & on now for almost 25 yrs. There is no one I trust more with our heating needs than Cowles! Honest, professional, thorough & just good people with a vested interest in our community. I can not recommend Cowles Heating highly enough.
