I contacted this company on Sunday and was told they would come Monday. They did not show up until Tuesday, and after that I received no follow-up despite calling the office multiple times. The office staff member was polite and genuinely tried to help, but the owner never returned my calls as promised. Then on Thursday around 5:30 PM, someone showed up at my property without notice and claimed they were responding to another call from me, which I never made. He also said he had spoken to me the day before, which is not true. The lack of communication, missed scheduling, and inaccurate information were very frustrating. Unfortunately, this was a disorganized and unreliable experience.

George is excellent at getting the job done! He saved our closing on the house as we were on a tight timeline. Did an excellent job by the books and code requirements. He also fixed other problems that needed attention. Low rates compared to competitors. It is a big job, so don't be shocked by the price tag. George and his team will do right by you.

George and his crew are awesome, from first phone call to job end. Professional, fast and friendly. We had 2 separate septic systems installed. One in Fbks and one in Nenana. Had them out to thaw sewer pipe in dead of winter before new system installation. And a pretty big driveway and pad stripped down, graveled and graded. Thrilled with the work and results! They are our go to outfit.

We had our septic intake line separate over the weekend. Their crew came out, diagnosed the problem, and did all he excavation and repair work in the same day. Highly professional crew that was interested in doing things the right way. Can't recommend enough.

I was recommended this company from a friend. They called George and George called me within minutes at about 10pm wanting to come out and get started. Unfortunately it was a big job.
