Kraft Heating

Just had a new boiler put in by Kraft Heating recently, they did an amazing job. The new boiler looks great and is running flawlessly. I had a very old system and it was very intricate from the previous owner but they got it figured out and upgraded it tremendously. My chimney was also a little too small for the new boiler but they recommended someone to me to get that fixed as well. I’ve also always had my old boiler maintained by them, along with my rental. Which they do a phenomenal job at as well. Very easy to schedule and get maintenance done. Highly recommended, 10/10

Had emergency at 7:30pm on new years eve with a pinhole leak at the top of the expansion tank for my boiler. Called the after hours number and Bret answered right away, confirmed the need to address the issue sooner than later, pricing for emergency call-out, and he was at the house within the hour. Change out done quickly and thoroughly, checking that everything worked as it should before leaving. Very pleased with Bret and the contact I have had with the office personnel. These folks are skilled at what they do, and professional and courteous in the delivery of their services. I'm very pleased with them for my annual boiler servicing and now with an emergency when needed.

I had a problem with my boiler not producing much hot water and it'd been getting worse over the past 5 months. Brett came out, let me describe the odd things I'd been experiencing, and then fixed it (coil had lots of buildup)! Because he listened, he also discovered that one of my zone valves wasn't working properly. Now all is well in my home, I have heat and hot water. I'm very happy with the service and it was done at a reasonable price.

Better off looking elsewhere. Never had issues with our heating system until our new boiler was installed and serviced by Kraft. We had a freeze-up and had to thaw components and fix leaks ourselves. After two visits from Kraft (one to inform us that nothing could be done until we thawed everything and fixed the leaks, and one to add glycol that we supplied into the system) the heat worked for 11 days before going out again. Everyone from the technician to the owner was unwilling to take any responsibility and unhelpful in working to get the issue resolved while outside temperatures were at -40. The two other local companies I called had much better customer service. Boilers and their service are too important and expensive here to not be reliable. We won't be using this company and don't

We came home with our water main frozen, no water to the house. After spending a night in a local hotel we called our heating/plumbing company we’ve had for 25 years, Kraft Heating. Dennis and Casey had the main thawed and operational by noon! Kraft Heating has always helped us in emergencies and all our heating service needs covered. Highly recommended!
