6.19.19 I recently called Ricky Martin with Cox Contractors about adding onto the eight existing air conditioner compressor pads at our Ophthalmology practice in Nacogoches, TX. Mr. Martin said that they had an opening in their schedule and that they could perhaps do it within the next few days. Later that same day Mr. Martin and Ken Jones came and looked the job over and we shook hands over their very reasonable quote, and agreed that they would be back the next day to do the job. Mr. Danny West the job site foreman showed up the next morning with an excellent hand, I believe by the name of Satriano. Worked with Joseph Owens and Manuel Alonso on a 30+ yard driveway. Very professional and detailed guys. I had been dealing with a poor quality (no steel) heavily fractured driveway. Also alot of drainage issues since the early 90s. After a few elevation checks and 30 yards of concrete my problems are gone. Driveway looks awesome!

Lack of customer care, lack of response. Repeatedly called to get someone to look a project, got the runaround for a month. Disappointed in how I was treated as a potential customer. Went elsewhere.
