Cox Door installed our door several years ago and did a great job. Yesterday, a wire broke, so the automatic operation was not working. Called Cox Door, the phone was answered promptly, appointment made for next morning. Asked to be early on the list since we work and the scheduler was accommodating. Technician Manuel called to let us know he was on the way, arrived this morning, had the door quickly repaired, and also did routine maintenance at reasonable price. Great experience, thank you!

Great service and great pricing! Our garage door spring broke, we call Cox Door Company the next morning and they had someone out to fix our door a few hours later. Very professional and helpful, highly recommend!
