We hired Chad to install tile to match in a bathroom where we had taken out the tub and replaced with walk-in shower. He went above and beyond when not only fixing and painting around the tub area where the drywall was affected, to freshening the whole bathroom. He also charged a fourth of what the other contractors were quoting. The job was done in 2 days> I asked him to come back and work on an area I was not satisfied with and he immediately complied. The only negative I would have would be arriving on time - but his family is dealing with only one working vehicle, so it was understandable. Because he is skilled in so many things, we also called him when we had a plumbing problem and I also plan to call him in the near future to replace some siding and possibly build a fence. I found

This contractor is always on time, always delivers exactly what he says he will. He was very respectful of my schedule. The quality of his work is better than any I have ever seen. He was finished with my project 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Call him for all your remodel needs! You will not be disappointed. I am reading this other persons review and I don’t think that she has the right company. This was not my experience at all and I spoke to several references before hiring him and not one had anything bad to say about him or his work. Don’t believe everything, everyone writes. Some people are never happy with anything and because they can’t get their way need to make others look bad.

Chad arrived on time.. he was neat and friendly. He repaired my bathroom wall replaced wallpaper and installed a new light fixture. He did an awesome job and cleaned up when he was finished. I will be using his service again in the near future. Please do not hesitate he is Grreat!

This contractor could not show up to work on time or even every day. In addition he removed items from our home, lied in writing about throwing them out, then told us to come get them. He charged us - in writing- $1800.00 for an HVAC upgrade, which never happened - we waited weeks! He refused to return our money and asked for more to continue another project, saying he’d spent the -1800.00 elsewhere! Obviously we could not work with a thief so have moved on. Every contractor whose looked at the work stated every bit was wrong. The plan for the HVAC wouldn’t work and materials he planned on using were not appropriate- and valued at less than half of what he claimed. The little bit of dry wall he did has corners mashed, poor cuts that don’t align -which he tired to fill with mud, and hole

Pretty good guy, at least at one time he was. Guess it depends on his current mood. -1 star due to his knee jerk reactions -1 star for hanging old friends out to dry and -1 star for not paying his employees and thinking that's OK.
