Talk about customer service! Not only is their work top notch, but their customer service takes the cake! As a local Realtor, I rely heavily on a multitude of contractors and inspectors to deliver for my buyers and sellers. Crabtree Drilling recently came through for my buyers and went above and beyond to help expedite an emergency situation. I highly recommend them and a special thanks to Morgan and Brandon Harris for making things happen!

Pump went out on my well. Had a different company come out. He started to pull pump out and I got stuck. He then left it unhooked and told me there was nothing he could do. I called Crabtree they were out in 30 mins. They pulled up the old pump and replaced it with a brand new one. Total time they were here was just over a hour. Professional dudes answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend you use these guys for any well needs. They are NOT just into drilling new wells. They do it all. So thankful for their quick response and their professionalism. Only down fall is I can't give them 6 stars. Very satisfied customer and will call them first with any well needs.

My well system was making a loud banging sound. I needed a new check valve. I called Crabtree Well Drilling. They sent a crew the same day. I was told my options and provided a detailed description. My well system is working better than ever. They are very knowledgeable about wells and the well system. I am very satisfied with their work.

Called Crabtree Well to come out and troubleshoot our well water issues. They came out quickly, were very polite and diagnosed the issue fast! Before leaving, the technician explained the process and options for the repair. I received a quote later that day and was able to get scheduled a few days later. They came out on time, performed the work of replacing the water line and cleaned up before they left. It was fast, convenient and pressure free! Highly recommended for well systems!

So, we had to have a new pump and water lines installed , we hired this company Crabtree well drilling and pump service , and we are so pleased that we did, very professional and very nice employees and the owner Brandon was exceptional! We definitely would refer and recommend anyone needing a well drilled or pump work needs to call Crabtree. We can’t thank them enough for the work that they done, and very reasonable.
