My wife and I went through HELL with a previous van builder. They took our money and ran, dumping our van in a parking lot in another state with an incomplete shambles of a build. Not only was that build incomplete but what was done was incredibly sloppy, unsafe and would have required a complete re-build I took the van to Craft Autoworks and had several initial meetings with Chase, one of the co-founders. Each meeting was meticulous, professional, educational and professional and empathetic to our situation. I bought the 3000w “Bench Built” power system and 4 of their 230ah batteries and have had the absolute best service of anyone in this market so far. I’ve dealt with A LOT of companies in this space (overlanding/vans/off road space) and I’m telling you, Chase specifically has gone above and beyond. Personal calls to make sure things are going well or to explain ridiculous questions I had and I just wanted to make it known because I know this is hard to find. I’m not a paid reviewer or some bot. It’s just clear that this is a small business that it run by dedicated people that actually give a crap. Aside from that, the product so far is excellent. I wish there were more than five stars. All work done on time, it's operating flawlessly. The level of craftsmanship and components used are top drawer. The level of customer service is not often seen these days.

All the guys at Craft Automotive have been nothing but absolute pros throughout the entire process from design to final fit/finish. I was not sure what to expect, it was a massive purchase for us and ultimately we decided to use Craft based on the design experience. Our van is exactly what we wanted and expected, maybe more beautiful and easy driving than expected. The suspension upgrades make this heavy van drive as good as any full size truck I have had off road. We added 40+ gallon fuel tank, full van compass suspension upgrade, skid plates and 175 tires. Super happy with this combo, still have power to climb highest mountain passes at speed limit or above!
