Consumer Beware. On a scale of 1 to 10 his workmanship is in the minus column. You will have to have another tile contractor to come in to fix the mess that Craig Speranzi will leave you. He has no work ethic nor does he care about the customer. Save yourself a hassle, call someone else or you will end up paying twice the amount to fix what Mr. Speranzi does.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. For the sake of your emotional, financial, and overall well being, DO NOT hire these condescending, unprofessional, and blatantly disrespectful group of “contractors” (frankly they don’t even deserve that title). They have zero regard for the time of their life employers, and they could care less about going about their jobs in a professional HUMAN manner. Hiring them made for a hellacious experience. Think about the worst possible experience you’ve had with a business professional then multiply it by a thousand, that is how unpleasant they are. Take my advice for the interest of your time and well being, because they certainly could care less about either of those.

Installed several drains on a balcony and two of them leak. Took months to repair and one is fixed but the other still leaks. Took months to get answers to messages and now is too busy to even give us an estimate to fix the leak for at least several more months. Couldn’t recommend them any less.
