My visit here today was nothing short of awesome. I needed a fix for a hose in my wife’s dental office and I got it . I will be making this my regular first stop for any hardware needs. Tyvvm for your time and help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is the best hardware store experience I've ever had. Craig's is so helpful in finding the right supplies that I need and knows how to give me direction on how to fix things. There is always someone willing to help as soon as I walk in the door. Would always recommend this store!

Life long resident of New Brighton 60 years old and I always support local Businesses including Craig's. When I went today to get a matching hook to ones I bought the other day one of the clerks followed me- took it from me as soon as I picked it up and said he would check me out. When I told him that made it hard to look around at all the cool stuff he told me to go to Lowes or Home Depot. I called Rick to let him know the situation. He cut me off and put the Employee back on the phone who said it was a joke. Really disappointed in the attitude from both of them toward a regular customer.

Don't buy online, go here first! As soon as you walk in they want to help you. They want your business and they do what they can to help. I have had multiple projects that I would explain to them and they help me find the parts. Their vast fastener selection is second to none! This is the kind of place that America is about.
