We just had new carpet installed and we are so pleased. The selection available was excellent, the carpet was ordered and arrived quickly, and the installers were professional and friendly. This is the third time we’ve purchased new carpet from FBE and we have zero complaints. Great local business!

Flooring options by Erika was fantastic! They work with you on all of your needs. Communication is on point! Any questions you have they respond quickly and efficiently. After getting quotes from a few local businesses, they came in better than the others and the carpet/floating floor is brand name with great a warranty. Finally, the flooring job was completed in a professional and timely fashion. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have flooring installed for a good price with a quality install.

We own a handyman business and needed carpet delivered last minute due to a client changing their mind on their flooring options. We called multiple places to get a quote and Flooring Options by Erika not only came in with the best price, but also the best quality carpeting. They went above and beyond to have the carpet delivered to us first thing Monday morning, and we ordered on a Friday afternoon by delivering our carpet prior to an installation job they had so that we could get our carpet installed in time for our client. We had a great experience purchasing carpet here! Jamie was very quick in obtaining the sample book of the style carpet we wanted and placing our order. John is a fantastic installer! He was very prompt and courteous and answered any questions we had. All together it was about 2 weeks from purchase to install. So happy we found a local store! We always support local! I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Flooring Options by Erika (Jamie) was the best priced and most efficient carpet place I have came across. I live in Pittsburgh, and it was so hard to find a carpet place that was nicely priced, able to install, and had a range of carpet choices. I got all those things at this establishment. Even though I live out in Pittsburgh , they were able to accommodate me. She worked with me deciding what carpet would work best for my areas of need. She took the time to send a crew out to install the carpet. It only took 3 hours. The men who installed the carpet were very efficient, quick, and friendly. 10/10 experience and definitely would recommend. They even let me keep the carpet remnants.
