Craig’s did an excellent job putting a new and enlarged patio with stone pavers in our backyard. The men who did the work were experts! They knew exactly what they were doing and did it exceptionally well. I couldn’t be happier!

If you want to be a good neighbor in Arlington, do not hire Craig’s Landscaping. On Sept. 24, 2025 they rolled in at sunrise, firing up commercial mowers and other powered equipment at 7:30 a.m. — a clear violation of the Town of Arlington Noise Abatement Bylaw (Section 3.A.2), which bans heavy equipment before 8:00 on weekdays. I had to take video, file a complaint with the Town of Arlington Health Department, and push for an answer until Public Health Director Kylee Foley confirmed the rule and said the company would be “reminded”. Be sure I’ll follow up until I get further answers. A crew willing to wake an entire street and force neighbors to quote municipal code to get basic compliance isn’t just inconsiderate — it’s reckless.

Showing off my rebuilt box gardens. 10 years old, some of the old timbers had decayed to the point of instability. I contracted with Craigs Landscaping to do the nearest one, but through a communication error they dismantled the second one as well before I was dressed and ready. Integrity: yes, they agreed to do the second and the top row of the third for the original quote. They did a beautiful job -- and even cleaned out some of my weedy areas. Five stars.

Craig's did an amazing transformation of our backyard from an old deck in need of repair to a beautiful open space with a stone wall and simple plantings. And they were easy to work with from start to finish!

Very prompt in returning phone calls or addressing needs, concerns or projects. Very professional and kind people. Highly recommend.
