My salesman Matt was amazing!!!! Very knowledgeable not pushy like most salesmen. He carefully measured and explained options for leaking attic windows. The end product was gorgeous, economical and practical. Customer Service was A+, from start to finish! He even followed up months after installation when he saw us out in public, remembered us and the products we had installed. Cramer only seems to want your business if it’s thousands of dollars. I had someone out to give an estimate for an exterior repair around a leaking window and never heard back. Chris assured me when he left that I would hear back the next day and two weeks later I hadn’t heard a word. I called to check and was told again that I would hear back the next day but now it’s been ten more days and I’ve still heard nothing. Clearly, a simple repair isn’t worth their time so they will just ignore your potential business. I’m happy to find someone else who won’t ignore me and establish a connection with them for all future projects.
