Cranbury Comfort came the next day to address my 12 yr old system. Edward did all he could and succeeded in getting the unit up and running efficiently . Being in Rossmoore just 4 mo and having an ill husband, Ginger the owner had someone come the very next day. I will definitely be calling this company again if need be.. These folks are amazing and this evening was the second time I've gone to them. Scheduled maintenance, then needed it sooner due to a bit of an emergency with an adjacent unit. Robert arrived within an hour of calling me back, and everything was handled professionally, calmly and quickly. Highly recommended!

We contracted with Cranbury Comfort to replace our aging AC system with a more modern Heat Pump system. Despite facing numerous challenges during the installation Ginger managed to pull out all the stops and complete the installation at the quoted price. My elderly mother's heater went out on a recent cold Sunday evening in February - house temp went down to 53 degrees. I called and left word with the weekend answering service describing the urgency of the matter. Clearly the answering service followed through with conveying the message because the following morning I received a call from the office stating that a technician would be out within the next 2 hours. I've been using Cranbury Comfort systems for 22 years in multiple homes. Ginger is amazing to work with - very responsive and professional. The whole tech team is highly skilled. I just had my entire HVAC system replaced - the work was done so quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Mark for the "bandaide" he put on my dying a/c unit in July which kept it running the rest of the summer.
