We hired Larry and his crew to remove our old driveway and to remove rocks we had in a temporary driveway area next to it and replace the rocks with topsoil. Driveway removal and replacement- Pros - Larry is always on site during the work and supervises his crew. The end result looks nice and seems leveled properly, with no large puddles showing after rain. Cons - Communication was lacking. Trying to find out when the work would begin was difficult. When it was finally scheduled to remove the old driveway, it was on a day forecast with rain. Sure enough it poured while the removal was occurring and made a large mess. Went with Cross Country to repave our driveway in the Hidden Lake development. Three estimates, CC’s pricing was the best with good references. First day, peel up and haul away the old asphalt, regrade and add stone as needed, compact for final subgrade. Returned a week later and installed/rolled 3” compacted top coat. Great job all-the-way-around. Larry was very easy to deal with, did what he said he’d do when he said he’d do it, answered questions completely and honestly, and the driveway is perfect.
