Herr's P&H were polite and professional from beginning to end. It was the first time we'd called on them after a friend referred. Karen, Robert, Ryan, & Mike were all very friendly. They responded as quickly as possible (which was very prompt...). It's always a challenge finding a service pro - you don't know who's gonna be in your home with you. We'll be working with Herr's in the future as needed...

Service was next day. Communication was perfect (email). Plumbers were polite and got the job done. We are very happy. Thank you.

Thank you Herr’s Plumbing! I had a lot of problems this winter with my old steam furnace and I couldn’t have had a better Service than Herr’s Plumbing! They came right over when I had no heat and always returned my calls without delay no matter what time day or night!! And always pleasant and helpful. 5 stars Than you again!!

I called as I had a leak that someone else told me was not my washer, was probably my waste pipe. I was pretty sure it was a washer problem but was worried a pipe could bust. Called Herr's and they were kind enough to come take a look the very next morning. Chris was great, found the issue right away and was able to fix it. Was not the waste pipe, was the pipe where washer expels water. Very appreciative of the prompt and courteous service. Highly recommend Herr's!!

Mike and Vin came out to assess difficulties we were having with two toilets and a sink faucet. They performed a thorough evaluation of the issues and made a diagnosis of what was needed. The toilets could be fixed, but I chose to replace them on Mike's recommendation because they were from the 1950's. I also chose to replace the faucet after Mike and Vin spent about an hour trying to fix it. They installed the new toilets and faucet the following week, as well as updating some of my shut off valves at my request. Both Mike and Vin were personable and professional. They let me observe them while working and explained what they were doing. They were timely, clean, and respectful the entire time. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will use them again if I have any plumbing issues.
