James was very prompted in responding to questions and seems to care about customer and not just a sale. Got us a new furnace as soon as possible because ours quit working. He was very involve in the process. Seth installed furnace and did a good job in timely manner. Bought Bryant furnace because old one lasted 24 years without problems. Got several quotes and Crawford was least expensive. Great people to work with.

Tyler came out out gave us a quote to replace the furnace for our volunteer fire department when it quit working during the coldest week of the year. Crawford's price was competitive and their service and quality is top notch. I would highly recommend!

Crawford appears to broken down into different divisions. The HVAC side has been great and they installed our new AC system with no issues and were very friendly and professional. The after hours emergency side is awful and the individual who answered my call treated me like an inconvenience because the blower had failed in December (a part unrelated to the ac install) and when told about what was going on they asked what type of service was needed and seemed distracted or disinterested. The plumbing division left much to be desired as well. We have the extended 10 year warranty which covers parts and labors for the water heater they installed, and the tech who resolved the issue did not communicate with the office, and we had to repeatedly push back and request the warranty jacket from

We are old house people...with old house heating systems. Last fall we fired our plumber who talked a better game than he played and contacted the Crawford Company to repair our single pipe steam system. Within a day or so a technician diagnosed our problem and patched us up for the rest of the season. This year we had Crawford install a new boiler. They did an absolutely beautiful job!! And the new boiler is dead silent in operation - no sloshing and no water hammer knocking. Phil was easy to work with. Helped me with a miscellaneous question about how to better even temps among the floors. I asked for a tech visit as currently I am having to change the merv8 filter about every 2 weeks and seems excessive. He cleaned something with a wire brush and did a couple other things, and noted white powder or dust in the filter. Sadly, no real determination on the substance origin so I’ll probably just continue the frequent filter change.
