Ron provides exceptional service and is outstanding at his craftsmanship. He is a professional and it was clear to me he truly cares about his clients, he is no pressure and will not try to upsell, he explains the why behind his recommendation of the type of windows that are best for your needs, he knows the city codes and is familiar with permits needed for work being done. He replaced an old bay window for us with two double hung windows. He arrived on time, completed the work the same day, and cleaned up like he was never there. I left for work with an ugly bay window and came home from work with two gorgeous windows and trim was also done to match! I've received many compliments and will recommend Ron 100x over! Cannot say enough about my experience with Ron & Christian! From start to finish I was beyond impressed. Due to the condition of the original window Ron offered his services in a severe wind storm should something happen. Talk about above and beyond! Extremely efficient from when we first discussed to completed project. High attention to detail. Complete with humoring me in my celebration after by joining in on the fun.
