Pioneer Improvement did a lot of work for us over the summer. We had a brand deck 3 times the size of our original finished with lighting and stairs into the back yard built, new brick landscaping with retaining walls all the way around the house, a new retaining wall built up by the driveway, new kitchen flooring, all new windows and skylights, gutters, our 4 season porch roof redone, roof railings, rock landscaping around the whole house, and the whole back yard with sod to include having to dig french drains to help with water run off. These guys are exceptional! Great quality work, they prioritize quality, and make sure they are transparent with quotes,work and material quality. Pioneer Improvement had an excellent team! They are multifaceted, hard working, detail oriented and were able to finish our projects not only well, but in a timely manner. I would like to start with, this is not a review I wanted to make. I hoped that it would be made right and we could end on better terms. I gave the 2 star because the bathroom is much better than what it was being an older home. This was a small bathroom renovation, Starting in May of 2025. What was to be 2-3 week reno has now ended as of today, with my husband and i deciding we did not want them back out. After calling, or text on multiple occasions w no response. We have tried to get a response for 5 days. Communication has been poor for the whole process. Yes, I do realize we were not the only costumers, but we rarely knew when they were coming.
