Crawford Door Sales Co

I have called the company 8 or 9 times over the past 2 months trying to get someone to address an issue with my garage door getting stuck. They installed for me and it is under warranty, but I'm giving up and looking for another company to address the issue. They won't schedule an appointment. Every time I have called they always reply that their technicians not in at the moment, but they will call me back. You would think they would be able to put an appointment on the calendar, but that's just not how they operate their business. Everything is ad hoc and disorganized

Not happy. Garage door openers have been nothing but trouble. Multiple visits by repair staff do not resolve problem. I left a check out for a service call and asked them to correct the issue. They took the check but falsely claimed to repair problem, it was unchanged. There are a lot of garage door vendors, I would never use Crawford again.

Backed into my garage door and it stopped in the open position which was a real problem because bears were in the neighborhood ( this is annual event in the Spring) and had visited my garage. Explained the situation to Crawford. They were on a big job and thought it would be about week, but understood the problem and said they would try to make it sooner. Two days later, came home to a working garage door. Thank you for your help! Tom`

Same day service on a really messed up garage door and quickly done. Nice people. Highly recommend.
