I needed a new door and called a couple companies. The other were pushy and did not get back to me for awhile. I called Crawford and they called me quickly, learned what I was looking for, gave me a good price and I went with them. The door was installed about a week later. The installers were great. The other day a friend of mine asked me who did my door and asked if I would recommend them. I said I highly recommend them. Again, great service, quick, responsive, prompt and great follow through.

I am a disabled senior who's garage door decided to break( broken spring) during our severe winter. Called Crawford door after hours on a Friday night (The start of a 3 day weekend). The nicest man called me back, explained that it would cost extra for an emergency but he could be out within the hour. He showed up in about 40 minutes, fixed the spring and was done in less than 2 hours. He was very pleasant, efficient and nice. What a great way to end a bad experience. Thank you Crawford Doors for showing me that servicemen are kind and human.

On time, on budget, and they did a spectacular job of installing my 8ft tall x 10ft wide garage door on my new construction home! Brett was super nice and he came out to measure the opening and helped me select a color and finish that perfectly matches my exterior siding. His installation crew was polite and professional. I'm very happy I went with Crawford Door. They were less expensive than two other companies I called, and Brett didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. My new door came in when he said it would, and the installation was done in a few hours. Brett even temporarily fixed my old door while waiting for the door to come in. They did charge me a 3% fee to pay with a credit card that I didn't know about (probably a miscommunication), but they reversed that fee when I gave them a check for payment instead. The door looks great, and I'm very happy. I will definitely recommend them to others.
