We had a simple faucet drilling done by Creations in Stone, and unfortunately, it was off by half an inch. This may seem minor, but it was enough to leave our client unsatisfied. When we brought it to their attention, Creations in Stone showed little concern or willingness to address the issue. Disappointing experience, especially in a detail-oriented trade like this.

Beginning of the year I walked in to the office not knowing the differences among the types of countertop options. I only knew I didn’t want what I had. Corey was patient and extremely helpful with the different options. I came back a few weeks later with a group of friends and we picked out the countertops.
