Stones Septic is fantastic! I can’t thank them enough for their help! Jeremy and Brian thought they were fixing one issue and ended having to rewire my pump box. They were knowledgeable, kind, and despite their busy schedule helped fix the problem right there! They also saved me a ton of money had I gone elsewhere! Highly Highly recommend!

Being Labor Day weekend i was pleasantly surprised to find that Jeremy and Brian were willing to come help with our septic issue. They came and quickly figured out that we had a broken drain pipe. They helped us uncover and repair the broken pipe. They were very helpful and very professional despite being a holiday weekend. At the end of it they were very fair priced. I highly recommend Stone's Septic Service and will absolutely be calling them in the future.

It's the Friday before a 3 day weekend when suddenly our toilets are backing up! Everyone is closed and there are no septic services around who are available on a Saturday except for Stone's Septic Service! I'm hesitant to try out a company that I'm unfamiliar with but what choice did I have? So anyway, I call these guys last minute to come pump out my tank, I'm not even sure what their coverage area is and they are a few towns away but they came out and I couldn't have been more thankful! Not only did they pump my tank and find that it wasn't the problem to my toilets backing up, they also stuck around for longer time to diagnose the situation. I just bought a home last summer, and never got a septic inspection during the buying process. Recently I had an issue where my toilet wouldn't drain, and when I called Brian he knew exactly what the issue was. Jeremy and Brian showed up the day after I called (I called at like 7pm), helped me locate where my tank was, repaired a pipe that had burst under my home, and then pumped my tank. Prompt and professional is so hard to come by now. The price was extremely fair too, as they were working at my home for a few hours.
