G-Ann and John were prompt and helpful as they addressed my septic issue on a Sunday. Fair pricing and very knowledgeable!

John was punctual, friendly, honest and just an overall great person. Very professional. I had called as I was having issues with water backing up into my sink. It was considered an emergency call as we couldn't use any water. He came and emptied out my septic tank. When that didn't do the trick, he came back and snaked the line, ultimately fixing my issue the same day. If you want something done the right way with honesty call Bell Septic. Overall great experience . Never having to pump a tank before, or having any septic work completed in the past, called in, the lady put in a call to Mr. Bell. Very quickly called me back, recognized that it was not a major emergency but we needed help quick, was able to get out to Fitzwilliam on the same day, no hassle, no fuss. He did make us aware that he may not be able to make it, didn't pull my chain any, but was pleasantly surprised when he did make it. Didn't leave a mess. Made the entire situation easy. Will be using them in the future without question. Price was good/inline compared to the others on the area.
