Creative Floors

We have used Creative Floors for three projects so far and they have been extremely efficient and professional. The installers show up on time, communicate details well, are focused on getting the job done right, and didn't leave until we were totally satisfied with their work. They may not be the cheapest option in all cases, but if you want the job done correctly, they are the best option.

Replaced the carpet in our master bedroom and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mark was great to work with - he let us take sample boards home, which really helped us finalize our choice. The installation team was prompt, professional, and clearly skilled. The entire installation took just a few hours. This is the second time we’ve used Creative Floors in the past 10 years, and both times have been outstanding!

They did a fantastic job installing lvp in the majority of our home. My experience is most contractors cut corners including 3 other installers I interviewed who talk a good game but none would commit in writing to follow the manuf install instructions including properly leveling/flattening the floor except Creative floors. They charge a small fee per bag of leveler used (if any) but that’s better than the economic incentive being to not level it and 2-3 years later you have squeaking, buckling, or cracking. When that happens, they’ll blame something or someone else and that 20 yr manuf warranty is void. If your installer says they eyeball it and just know if it needs leveling because they’re that good, you know they’re not doing it to the flatness required, so go elsewhere and avoid mass

We just finished a large tile flooring project with the Creative Floors team and couldn't be happier! We had our kitchen, laundry, craft room, 2 bathrooms, dining and living room floor tile removed and replaced with new 12 x 24 tile. We are thrilled with the quality workmanship of the removal as well as the installation. The flooring looks absolutely wonderful. Each of the Creative Floors team that worked on the project were professional and respectful of my property. The project was completed in 1 weeks time! Amazing!
