After a referral from a friend, we finally decided to pull the trigger on replacing our old carpets with LVP. The experience was seamless from start to finish. The owner, Chris, guided us through the initial steps, and Liz, the designer, was a dream to work with. She was our primary contact, handling everything from flooring selection to coordinating the whole process. The quote was very fair, and Sammy’s installation crew did an amazing job. Quick turnaround on installation within a week's.. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them!

Liz did a great job directing us in choosing our new flooring! Antonio and crew did an amazing job in fixing a previously botched flooring job and we are thrilled with the results! We just replaced our 20 year old Carpet with Luxury Vinyl Plank, and we couldn’t be more pleased! From our initial visit ,and taking Samples home, Liz was a big help! Once we scheduled the install, Jose and his entire Crew did a wonderful, professional job! The inside of our home looks like a new home now!

We had Creative Floorworks replace our 10 year old carpet in our master bedroom and walk-in closet along with changing our carpeted walkway in our hall, replacing with lVLP per their recommendation. After using other flooring companies in the past we wanted a locally family owned company. Cynthia and Chris’s recommendation’s that they provided were spot on using Shaw carpet. Color coordinating to the other flooring was a concern but not a problem. The installation was done quickly and professionally. The crew was very helpful and courteous. When completed they cleaned and vacuumed then returned the furniture. I highly recommend this company and when we need flooring again I would definitely call on them.

Bob and his Creative Floorworks staff are top notch! Cindy helped us pick out the perfect flooring and carpet for our kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and hallway. She is a gem! Bob and his crew came to install our floors and carpet and did a top notch and fast job! I highly recommend them. They are the best!
