Creekside Air

After getting several quotes for a new system, we chose Creekside because of their value and the services they offered! We couldn't be happier! The installation crew showed up right on time, were VERY professional, polite and efficient. They were very helpful in explaining the controls of our new system. We couldn't be happier with the service offered by Creekside Air! Thank you to Mario, Pedro and the other installers! Also, Bernice, Denise and Jennifer were VERY helpful when we called the office. All around wonderful service!! Thank you!

I had 2 heating and cooling units installed, all in one day. The work was amazing! The installers quickly disposed of my old units, and efficiently installed the 2 new units in just a few hours. I highly recommend Creekside Air LLC, to everyone that needs new air conditioning units for the summer! Also the price estimate was super low and what they estimated was exactly what I paid.

I would highly recommend Creekside air. The customer service is impeccable. Joey came out and displayed awesome customer service skills, he was very engaging, very informative, he built rapport with me and was not in a rush. He treated me as if he really wanted to do business with me. The office staff were excellent and very pleasant. I think one of the ladies name is Bernice they were very helpful in answering questions and returning my calls. My installers arrived today and were professional. Everything seems to be working good so far

We had Creekside Air do a full system change out. They came out when they said they would. Very professional. Even down to wearing slippers over their shoes while in our home. Price was exactly what was quoted to us. No hidden fees. Price was very reasonable. Joey was very polite and straight forward. He did not try to sell us more of a unit than we needed. Shout out to Bernice in the office. Very nice and helpful. Honesty goes a long way with me and this company is that and more. Extra bonus of giving back to the customer for the free system giveaway. As the winner I am overjoyed with that. I mean come on how many companies will do that? If your are needing to have a new heating and air system look no further. You can't go wrong with these guys. Best in Covington Ga.... After living in a 92 degree hot house for over three weeks, paying over 400 dollars to 3 other companies in the area, I reached out to creekside and they came out and fixed the issue within 2 days! Jennifer and her staff was excellent.. She was very caring about the condition of me kids.. If you have any issues ac or heat please contact them because they have a wonderful, caring staff!
