Disappointing service. It's almost impossible to get someone to call you back and when you do talk with someone it seems as if they are inconvenienced by your inquiry. I don't blame them for the length of time its taken for my products to arrive, but they could certainly be more helpful and provide better customer service. Returning calls would be a great start.

THEIR PRICING ON EQUIPMENT IS UNBEATABLE AND HAVE YET TO HAVE A PROBLEM GETTING THE PARTS OR SUPPLIES I NEED, IF THEY DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK I SEEM TO GET IT NEXT DAY OR IN A TIMELY MANNER. I DO RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
