Had work done on my furnace in December and didn’t know until today that Barry completely ripped off this panel and ruined the plate and where it can be screwed in again. Not sure why this was done.

As a commercial property owner I'm making important discoveries about so called professionals who put on their Google profile and website that they're open 24 hours. Rocket Science suggests that THAT means this company underatands urgency. So, as a building owner, when I called this company? He answers and I explained that the situation was a drip from the ceiling from a unit drain above it.. I heard a pause and he says " I'm about 6 months out" knowing full well that the client has a important situation and the 24 hour listing actually means I answer but if it sounds hard or NOT expensive then these plumbers including this one are bot interested. In fulfilling a clients urgent need unless it's strictly beneficial for them. Do not give this company your time, money or respect. Do not both
