We used this company for over a year, with lawn service scheduled twice a month. From the beginning, Matt quoted us (the amount he charged) per visit, and we always paid on time. At first, everything went smoothly, but over time the quality of service declined significantly. Despite our clear request from the start—no weeds in the flower beds, rock areas, or yard—it became a constant struggle to have this addressed. I frequently had to email and follow up just to have weeds sprayed or pulled. Even when spraying was done, weeds rarely died as promised, and they were only removed after repeated complaints. I needed a last minute mow within a 4 day time frame and Matt made me feel like a priority as he promptly got back to me to inform me that he could fit me into their schedule despite my short notice request.
