They had the wrong address. Ordered 90 tons of screened top soil...., to which they tried to tell me I ordered screened fill 🤣 then I was told 50 a yard for top soil by the owner and 65 by the dispatch. They also told me grass would grow better in the dirt they tried to deliver which was fill dirt and grass doesn't grow good in the top soil get your pricing and order in writing. Probly wont waiste my time with this company agian

Never use this company! No accountability, no integrity and no regard for anyone’s personal property. As a landscaper for over 30 years, I’ve used many suppliers, but never had an experience like I had with Cricket Excavating. I specifically asked them to drop a load of screened soil just off the edge of the driveway in a front yard for a job. Well, knowing the driver and knowing that he’s been doing this for 30+ years, I would never expect him to drive off the edge of the driveway because even I know (and I’m a landscaper) the driveway will crack all to pieces. I don’t drive tandem trucks for a living, but common sense says don’t drive off the edge of a driveway with one. Well, needless to say, this is exactly what he did, and he never even asked if I wanted him to drive off the edge

Called a week ago today to get help on re-grading a gravel road. Was told I would get a call in a day or two. Had to call Friday to say hey I haven't heard anything. Again, told me someone would call. Monday rolls around and I call. Lady tells me someone is in the office, once they get off the phone she will have them call. Needles to say I waited through today and still no call. Customer service is lacking greatly.

If you are in need of an excavator call these guys! We are a fairly large sign company and we work with a variety of excavators and this company has exceeded my expectations! They are very responsive, reliable and do exactly what they say they will. Very professional and knowledgeable. The lady in the office, I believe her name is Bethann is just great! Thank you to her and the entire team at Cricket Excavating Co. You guys are the best!

Very happy with the product (#57 gravel) and the delivery. They put the gravel right where I needed it.
