Kim is so awesome! I suffer with congestive heart failure and M.S. and although I do the best I can, there are certain things I need help with. House cleaning is one of them. Kim came in, she didn't use the cheap chemicals than can aggravate my M.S., which was very thoughtful of her. She was so thorough, she got into every little nook and cranny. She even did the windows! LOOK ELSEWHERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY DON'T DO BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THEIR CLEANERS AND THEY LIE! I booked a time and the cleaner was late- no word from her.Reached out to the owner Kim and was told she'll be here in an hour. Never showed up. Then I reached out to Kim and she was not apologetic in the least claiming she came (cleaner) which is not possible because I was home/no knocks/doorbell. And if anyone knocks or rings the doorbell my dog barks 100%!! So the cleaner pretty much lied. Then I again reached out to the owner Kim 3 l times until she responded via text (again not at all apologetic), stating maybe I should find a different cleaning company. She basically turned this around making it my problem and simply did not seem to care. Truly disappointed.

Kim is a very reliable, conscientious person who you can trust with all your housekeeping needs. She goes out of her way to make my home sparkle! I highly recommend her and know that it would be hard to find someone who would do a better job. If you are looking for someone to help you weekly, bi weekly, monthly or just for special occasions, give Kim a call. You will be glad you did.

Kim does a fabulous job for me! She cleans for my every month, but is available if I need her in between. My house smiles and sparkles when she leaves!
