Had the bedrooms cleaned properly yesterday. Dusting, hoovering and surfaces all done really well. Everything feels fresh and tidy now. Very pleased with the service

Bathroom was looking dull and a bit grimy in places. After the clean, everything looks fresh and bright again. Polite, efficient and no fuss at all.

This company is very unprofessional. They show up at your property hours ahead of the agreed time. They don’t coordinate comings and goings. After the cleaning you can see footprints and cobwebs in many places. The house was a vacant property with no furniture so there was nothing to prevent them from doing a good job. To have us send someone to check after them a second time after their second attempt at cleaning cost us extra money. I would have been better off going with another company at a higher cost to get it right the first time. The attached pictures show cleaning issues with the house after they cleaned it.

Cristal- the owner, along with one of her staff - arrived on time and performed the cleaning exactly as expected. The service was nothing short of top notch—as the 2 ladies did an excellent job!! Cristal is truly a standout: she’s sweet, kind, and listens attentively to her clients’ needs. I’m delighted with the quality of service and have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you!!
