Great service! Had our unit installed a few years ago and it was fast and efficient. Purchased the service plan and every spring and fall they service our furnace and air conditioning. Every service tech who has been here is friendly and informative. Critel is best in town and we recommend them to everyone who needs heating and a/c needs.

Critel Enterprises took our request for a specific Gas Stove from Hearthstone in Vermont. They arranged the purchase of the stove even though they were not a vender for Hearthstone. We wanted this stove and a local installer. Critels made this happen. We are extremely please with the quality of the installation and the final product. Supply chain issues from Vermont delayed the installation of the stove. We were kept abreast of the delays and welcomed our questions. Even with the delays and inflation, the estimated costs of the total project came in less that the estimate. I will have no hesitation to use Critter Enterprises for future projects.

Customer service was great, they helped us choose a new unit that was right for us without just trying to sell us on the most expensive option. Months after our project had been completed, the company still sends us rebate forms in the mail with all the information that they can provide filled out so that we can send them in and get money back. The installers were very professional and timely. We have been very impressed with the whole process.
