McCormick's Heating & Air Conditioning

The techs we have had have always been good. However the new management for our last checkup doubled the bill. Sent the payment and the holiday slowed the mail. Everyday my husband's phone got a text for payment. I called today 1/5 and she said the mail had not been checked since last Wednesday. Our check was in that mail. We will no longer use McCormicks, we will find someone in Lincoln. And I will no longer recommend them. From working in billing Ive never seen any company the moment the due date is there start sending texts out 3 days later.

I was very impressed with your Tech, Jeremy. He is very competent and was very knowledgeable and obviously a hard worker. My AC is purring like a new one now and I’m enjoying the fruits of Jeremy’s labor. I also appreciate how quickly you were able to schedule me in after the Warranty finally located the parts. We definitely recommend McCormick's! Jamie got someone to our home quick when we had no heat. Caleb did a great job diagnosing and fixing our furnace fast. It didn't go unnoticed either that everyone we dealt with at McCormick's is polite & friendly!
