Great response on a weekend service call. No power to furnace on a Saturday night. Technician was able to get temporary power back on and scheduled a follow up to find root cause of issue (wire short). Also found and corrected another minor heating issue on the follow up visit. Thank you!

J & R Heating came out quickly and by the next day had a new furnace. Took time to explain why the carbon monoxide detectors were going off, and yes, the detectors saved our lives. We also used J& R Heating this summer at our old house and put in a new unit.
