I had an excellent experience with Bill Foersch from Crooked Ladder Roofing. We noticed an impairment in our roof and called them up, fully expecting to wait a few days for a technician to be available. To my surprise, Bill arrived the very same day! What really impressed me was that Bill remembered us from the last time he provided service to our home. He was incredibly professional and personable from the moment he arrived, identified the issue, and repaired it right away. It’s rare to find such prompt service paired with a genuine, personal touch. I highly recommend Bill .

My wife and I initially needed a quote for wind damage. When Bill came to inspect the roof, we discussed the possibility of replacing the whole roof versus just the sections damaged by the wind. Bill kindly gave us a quote for both jobs so we could think it over and did not pressure us at all. Our roof was almost 30 years old though and we meant to replace it soon anyways, so we decided to pull the trigger and do the whole replacement. Throughout the whole process, Bill and his team were nothing but kind and professional. He did not beat around the bush when he and his team found some rotted portions of our roof that needed to be replaced. They did an amazing job on our roof, and I will certainly be calling him when we eventually replace the siding in our dormers. We cannot recommend him

Bill is great! We received 3 quotes for a leak from a branch that fell on our steep inclined roof and his was the most fair and complete. Even though it rained during the visit, he and his team fixed the roof and stopped the active leak. Additionally, after cleaning off the valleys they even identified two more spots of concern that would have eventually been my next couple leaks and changed those shingles with no additional cost. Very friendly and would highly recommend!
