Zoom Drain

Conor came out and did an amazing job clearing my sewer clean out pipe. Had Adam home services out prior and they couldn’t get it unclogged and wanted to charge way more and do more work than necessary. Couldn’t recommend them more. Very honest and knowledgeable.

MJ, the technician, was very professional & knowledgeable. He offered options to fix my drain problem. I trusted in what he recommended, agreed to have the work done, & was very satisfied with the outcome. He also took the time to explain the details of the job, and answer any questions that I had. I wish my experience was a 5 star experience, but I instead my experience was a 5 star elsewhere. NOTE: I had flowing water out to the main sewer the whole time. The issue was a periodic gurgling sound a few seconds after flushing the toilet. Zoom came out and attempted to run a camera and a water jet down my cleanout. They were unable to do either, because there is a J trap just after the cleanout line. The tech did try to run a kitchen sink snake with a cutter on the end but lost it on what may or may not be a block. - Enter my problem with Zoom. - Later, the township comes to inspect the sewer line. Well, unknown to me. There is a second cleanout line! However, this second service line does not allow access back to the J trap. BUT it does allow access to another section of the line. Fas

Absolutely fantastic experience with fast service. Professional and courteous. Explained options to explore the unknown and derive the best solution for the case to minimize cost as well. An amazing job well done quickly and cleanly.

I’ve used Zoom both times and had an excellent experience. I will always use them if I have similar issues. The techs are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and helpful. Great company.
